I passed Vehicle Dynamics a Special Topic in Manhattan University with a B+ , it’s complete fraud to have a DMV id card ! , if you travel in a plane to another country it’s irrelevant. I travel a lot, plus I run a vehicle eccentric website “Amerillis” so I know better ! If you need an ID Card be in a school, your passport is enough to travel, work or do anything.
