Qi - Ki - Chi meaning
In Chinese philosophy, "Qi" (also romanized as "Chi" or "Ki") refers to a vital energy or life force that is believed to be inherent in all things. It's a fundamental concept in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Chinese martial arts, and other aspects of Chinese culture and philosophy. Qi is often translated as "vital energy," "life force," or even "energy flow".
