These seem meaningless to me, but what I've learned from leaving with details is. Every thought that I let manifest naturally led me to realize that each thing we do is perfect.
Acting naturally in every scenario, lets you realize that there is a higher self or perfect self and there is the now or present state. You can only reach your perfect state by acting natural.
