Harm = H&M (right)

 Lets define each

Heal means to become sound, healthy, or whole again, typically referring to the recovery of a physical injury, disease, or emotional pain. It implies a return to a healthy state and can also mean patching up rifts, such as "healing a friendship" or "healing a division".

 Harm refers to physical injury, mental distress, or damage to property, reputation, or interests. It acts as both a noun (damage/loss) and a verb (to injure/damage). Common usage includes "no harm done" (no injury), "harm’s way" (dangerous position), and doing "more harm than good". Synonyms include injury, damage, hurt, detriment, mischief, and impairment.

 Most things or events are predetermined or premeditated so anticipate and block properly.
