My Opinion : Construction is an effort to fix or remove an Obstruction

Google Definition : An obstruction is a blockage, barrier, or hindrance that prevents normal flow, often referring to intestinal blockages (causing severe abdominal pain, vomiting, and constipation) or physical roadblocks.

My Opinion : An Obstruction is a hindrance that exist in a place or path that if removed could make it conducive for living or make movement easier.
