My Opinion
Public - is you a human being and multiple people sharing an experience. Like a trip on a yatch, or anything in an open space, marching in an army setting or group sex outside 🤷🏽♂️😂. Its all public.
Personal - its you a human being with another person sharing an experience. I took him or her personal as people say. Or my personal chef 😏
Private - is you a human being washing your Nyash or masturbating in private. You can always have a personal assistant or group assist but that's what you do in private. In a room a good example.
