Usually depicted standing, they always cater to the kings needs, they get paid to protect, provide food, water and clothing as requested by the king or go prepare the environment to welcome the king. 

My Opinion:

In English language, just like the king and queen of England or Engineer a non disclosure 😂 Hello Lee. Its used to describe Hierarchy, in the matrix or real world It doesn't exist. Truth is you are your own king and servant, except you have kids then they're technically your slaves in your kingdom. 

The servant always looks better than the king 🤷🏽‍♂️ , except A Game Of thrones Scenario, I'm Karl Drogo to my bitches 😂🤷🏽‍♂️ , muscles and height that's all. If I decide to add hair 😂😭 every boy around me becomes uncomfortable. I said every boy !!
