What is the point of a scenario where you can't access a phone ?

From my observation its for a group of humans to be able to enact abusive behavior without getting called out !

Its a pointless scenario, because a person can never control another. But only suggest !

 This is for calm people like me, realize that each person that isn't calm is a peasant looking for attention. The more you ignore them the more aggravated they become. Believe me nothing on earth is as important as your next meal. Not even a career.
